UDSv4 Specific Instructions

For participants who had previous UDS data and are completing UDSv4 for the first time:

For PACKET, use the code I4 - Initial UDSv4 Visit Packet.
For VISITNUM, please continue with the next sequential visit number for the respective participant, do not restart visit numbers.
VISITNUM and VISITDATE must be higher than the last UDSv3 visit submitted for the respective participant.

For newly enrolled participants:

For PACKET, use the code I - Initial Visit Packet.
For VISITNUM, use the existing visit number scheme for your center.
