NCRAD APOE Data

To access NCRAD APOE data, navigate to the NCRAD dashboard.

  1. Select the data type you wish to access, in this case APOE.

    If the card is grayed out, that means you do not have access to the corresponding Flywheel project. Contact your center's administrator or director to request access.

  1. Each card will bring you to the corresponding data type's landing page, which lists the files available for your center along with a brief summary about the data and how it was generated.

  1. To download the data, click on one of the download icons next to the data files, which will immediately download the file.

    Note that for APOE data, there are two files for each release. The file with the _identifiers.csv suffix only contains data for samples that had a corresponding NACCID. Meanwhile, the file without the suffix contains all samples.
